Devoirs pour jeudi 30 octobre et vendredi 1 novembre:
CC + Ecrit: Work on completing letter 1 (due on Friday at the end of 1st period). We will switch day with Contes et Légendes to get the project going. Make sure to use the information you came up with today + reported on p. 2 of the packet "Lettres". On page 4, you will find useful vocabulary words and on p. 6 a template for your letter. You don't have to use this template, it is just a place to jot down notes on what you have in each of your paragraphs. The letters are in French.

Devoirs pour mercredi 30 octobre:
CC: Do ex. 176 + 176 (conjugation present tense).

Ecrit: Complete your character p. 2 of packet "Letters" + read information p. 1 that are relevant to your situation.  Read Letters from Rifka to at least p. 65 and on + answer questions p. 5 and 6.

Devoirs pour mardi 29 octobre:
CC: Learn the rules of present + pronominal verbs p. 22 et 24 + faire les ex. p. 23 + 173 à 175

Conte: You need to be done with your illustrations or your selections of pictures if this is the format you chose.

Devoirs pour lundi 28 octobre:
CC: Finish questions about the Pushes and the Pulls - Texts p. 2 and 3 / questions p. 1 and 2. Color the map p. 7 (I believe, I left my packet at school). You were given a color code per wave of immigration. Grande-Bretagne year is yellow / Russia is red / Italy' year is green / Ireland year is orange and France's year is blue.

Ecrit: Read Letters from Rifka to at least p. 65 + answer questions p. 3 and 4.

Ecrit: work on your paper for The Education of Little Tree. Choose the three values you want to work on + find adequate quotes / parts of the book that will help you show how Little Tree is taught these values, or how he practice them. Try to set up a Google Docs account, either through 4j (Roosevelt web site), or through your gmail account.

Conte: Work on your reading project that is due on Thursday October 3rd - Groups of 4 were made on Friday, each student is responsible to do the work on 1 section of the story p. 12-14 ¨Le bon génie qui a délivré le printemps" - 1 illustration, looking up at 4 words (p. 15), asking 4 comprehension questions + providing answers. All students need to read the entire story.

Ecrit: Make sure your drawing about your poem is finished and that your poem is typed and on a USB key if you were not able to type it at school and save it on your server. Please make sure to remember your password (write it somewhere in your planner).

CC: Start learning vocabulary words of "Les Amérindiens" p. 2 by doing crossword puzzle p. 3. It is important to recognize words that are more difficult and devote more practice to those. 

Conte: Reread Une légende sioux p. 7 + learn the vocabulary p. 6 and 7 + do the crossword puzzle p. 8.
