Ecrit: Write neatly your notes for American Pastime in view of your compare and contrast essay. (we will have 2 days of Ecrit in a row in order to finish the movie).

CC: Grammaire: Learn the rules regarding the possessive pronouns. Finish ex. p. 6 + do ex. 1 & 2 p. 9

Ecrit: No HW unless you are still working on Weedflower.

Weedflower needs to be done + questions need to be answered and turned in on Monday.

Ecrit: Make sure all the verbs of your fable are corrected, be ready to print it. Work on your illustration.

CC: Read p. 15 to 18 - Write 5 questions about the Korean immigration + answer questions 1 to 5 p. 11 - Continue reading Weedeflower - (to chapter 22 at least).

Géographie: Study East Asian countries - Contrôle - Finish the 4 presentations of your countries + think of your correlations.

CC: Read pages 12 to 13 (immigration packet) + answer questions 1 to 9 p. 8. Continue rading of Weedflower to at least chapter 5 (several students are already done with the book).

Ecrit: Work on your fable. Make sure all your verbs are highlighted.
 
• Devoirs pour le mardi 12 février:
CC: Review the information regarding the Japanese immigration p. 7 to 11 + 26 to 29 + your notes on the documentary we saw in class. Test will be also on vocabulary p. 3 + p. 7. You need to know where Japon, Chine, Corée de Nord et du Sud, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodge, Inde, Philippines et  are located.

Géographie: Work on your project (individual maps and presentations), or on creating graphs.

CC: Read at least to chapter 3 of "Weedflower" + answer questions regarding these chapters in your notebook .

Ecrit: Work on your fable. You and your partner need to add 100 words to your story (100 words together = 50 each). Make sure the story is posted on Google Docs + share with me and Lucien.

CC: Learn the vocabulary from both the Chinese and Japanese unit (p. 3 et 7) - Do cross word puzzle p. 7 - Answer questionnaire p. 15. Finish your "portrait".

Géographie: Work on your project (individual maps and presentations).
 
• Devoirs pour mardi 5 février:
CC: Read p. 7 to 11 + answer questions 1 to 10 p. 5 and 6.

Ecrit: Choose a moral to be illustrated on a fable. What animals will you pick + why these? Come up with a possible plot to illustrate your moral.


• Devoirs pour lundi 4 février:
CC: Reread p. 2 to 7 + your answers p. 2 to 3 in view of a test - Learn the vocabulary p. 3 + learn how to write 1 to 10 in Chinese.

Géographie: Learn all the -stan countries of your map of Asia.
